For this trip to take place we are requesting a contribution of £15 per student. The school has subsidised the trip to give the best possible value for money and, therefore, no further student funding is available. If insufficient contributions are received, the trip will not be able to go ahead. To confirm your child’s place, please complete the reply slip below, remembering to indicate the museum choice, and return it with your contribution to school. The closing date for this trip is Friday 23 May 2014. Refunds are only available if the place can be refilled. Students will need to be at school for 7.45am as the coach will be leaving promptly 8.00am. We aim to return to school by 6pm. Students will need to wear full school uniform and bring a raincoat and packed lunch. However, if they are entitled to a free school meal, a packed lunch can be provided by the school canteen, please indicate on the reply slip below if you wish a packed lunch to be provided. Students are permitted to bring spending money if they wish but this should be no more than £10. Yours sincerely,
