At his home meet, Marrow took home a pair of top three results. He was second in the 400 at 51.69 and third in the 200 at 23.24. At Messiah, he lowered his time in the 200 to 23.16.

She eclipsed a school record in the heptathlon. Dunham totaled 3979 points to finish second. She hit PRs in several events; 100 meter hurdles (15.68), 200 meters (26.73), and javelin (89-07).

Ran leg on the 4x1 (43.42) and the 4x4 (3:21.97) at Westminster. His time in the 400 (48.96) set a school record.

Dunn broke two of the school hurdles records at Moravian. Her times of 17.28 seconds and 1:12.6, respectively, rank third in the CSAC.

Kaminsky set a school record with a 28th place performance in the javelin at a tough Moravian meet. Her throw of 101-3 measured to be a CSAC best and an ECAC standard. She also took 11th at Gwynedd Mercy.

Kraycer earned the top CSAC rank in the hammer and javelin at Moravian; he placed 18th in both events with throws of 136-11 and 155-4, respectively.

AROUND THE CSAC FRANCISCAN BARONS

GWYNEDD MERCY GRIFFINS

The Barons competed at the Westminster Invitational on Saturday.

At the eighth annual Griffin Mid-Week Twilight Meet on Wednesday, Gwynedd Mercy squared off with a bevy of local institutions from Division II and III and turned in some top 5 results. Nick Shaffer has two top three finishes, picking up second place in the 200 meters (22.78) and a third place in the 100 (11.53). Rashid Marrow had a pair of top three results, taking second in the 400 (51.69) and third in the 200 (23.24). Brandon Higgins was first in the 110 meter hurdles (17.04). Over the weekend, Joe McCoy produced two top 10 finishes as Gwynedd took part in the Messiah Multi and Invitational on Saturday. The squad was 12th out of 16 scoring teams. McCoy was second in the triple jump with an ECAC Qualifying mark of 13.27 meters. He also hit a PR in the 100 meters, running a windaided 11.42 in the preliminaries and later a 11.50 in the finals to finish seventh. McCoy also placed sixth in the long jump (6.17)

MEN: several athletes recorded PRs throughout the day ... Austen Duggan turned in a career-best time in the 800-meter run (2:01.08) ... Carlo Fabian hit a PR in the long jump (5.71 meters) ... three athletes finished in the top-10 in the 10,000 meter run - Nick Long (6th 34:59.69); Grady Stuckman (7th 35:02.39) and Athanasius Sirilla (10th 36:42.29) ... freshman Liam Galligan took second in the 1500-meter run (4:10.03) and Mark Borek took fourth (4:11.11) ... Hunter McDonnell improved on his ECAC qualifying time in the 400H with a time of 57.72 WOMEN: The Lady Barons competed at the Westminster Invite on Saturday ... freshman Syndi Cain posted a PR in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 23:46.16 ... Bernadette Williams hit a PR in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:32.13 for 20th overall ... Beth Flanagan took 24th overall with a PR time of 5:33.03 in the 1,500-meter run.

IMMACULATA MIGHTY MACS The Mighty Macs competed at Gwynedd Mercy last Wednesday and at Towson on Saturday in their first two outdoor meets of the season. There was no team scoring at Gwynedd and the Macs failed to net any team points at Towson in a meet that featured teams from Division I, II and III. For the women, Tara Liska broke the school record in the long jump and equaled her school record mark in the high jump. This week, the Macs will head to Shippensburg on Wednesday and Widener over the weekend.

Rainah Dunham eclipsed a school record in the heptathlon and Sara Gray hit a PR in the high jump and an ECAC Qualifying mark to highlight Gwynedd Mercy at the Messiah Multi and Invitational on Saturday. The team was tenth overall of 15 schools. Dunham totaled 3979 points to finish second as well. She hit PRs in several events; 100 meter hurdles (15.68s), 200 meters (26.73s), and javelin (27.15 meters). Gray, whose mark also tied a school record, topped 1.58 meters to place second in the event. II and III and turned in winners and some ECAC qualifying marks.

KEYSTONE GIANTS Keystone did not compete and will be at Misericordia this weekend.

AROUND THE CSAC MARYWOOD PACERS Marywood competed at Gwynedd Mercy, Moravian, and Bucknell this week. The Pacers broke eight school records between the three meets. At Gwynedd, Lindsey Gladden set a new school mark of 33-6 in the triple jump. At Moravian, Bre Latourette finished in third place out of 30 5K runners with a time of 19:23. Nicole Dunn broke school records in the 100 and 400 hurdles. She took 27th and 20th, respectively, in the events. Karly Kaminsky broke the school javelin record (101-3) for 28th place. Mikaela Smith and Jake Kraycer each took 18th in the hammer. Jefferson Fontaine ranked in the top 2 in the CSAC after competing in the long jump for the first time at any level. At Bucknell, David Haines set a 10K record of 32:00.09. Marywood heads to SUNY Cortland this weekend.

PENN STATE BEHREND LIONS PS-Behrend competed at the Westminster Invitational this weekend.

NEUMANN KNIGHTS Neumann ran at the Gwynedd Mercy Invite last Wednesday. The Knights will be at Shippensburg on Wednesday, and the Widener Invitational over the weekend.
