Sixty-four (64) 2” by 20-21” strips of fabric. If you want to coordinate fabrics, you will need eight (8) – 1/4 yard cuts of fabric OR one (10 Moda Jelly Roll.

1 ¼ yd of 45” muslin (low count is perfect) Sewing thread to coordinate with most of your fabrics Straight pins Rotary cutter with a sharp blade and cutting mat Add a quarter ruler -12” works best Sewing machine in good working order with a zig zag stitch



6 “ square of fabric to cover the button 18” square of fabric to cover the tuffet bottom Sharp 5” scissors Optional: Purchased trims, rick-rack, lace, or beads may be added to a completed tuffet. A flat braid or gimp, may be glued over the staples on the underside for a more finished look.

One 6” piece of foam pre-cut to an 18” diameter One piece of 3/4” plywood cut to a 17” diameter. Holes for button tufting and T-nut installation are predrilled. One 2 1/2” button form Four T-nuts used to attach bun feet 5/16”-18 One yard of tufting cord. This will not break! One 36” x 36” piece of upholstery grade batting 4 bun feet with 5/16 18 inch hanger bolt installed

Teacher will provide:

Staple guns and staples Safety equipment Upholstery Spray adhesive Hammers Marking tools 12” upholstery needles Large eye sewing needles Upholstery thread for gathering Craft knives/scissors Various and sundry tools to make finishing your tuffet as easy as possible.

Class fee: $80 Class fee does not include: tuffet finishing kit, bun feet, tuffet Source Fusible Interface Pattern and sales tax.
