All-Sports Program 10 min Sponsor follow ups needed /book update Good Luck Ads – need to get form out to teams ASAP Concessions 10 min Clean up stadium – all hands – 8/27 (depending upon construction) o 1st home FB game 9/9 & VB game 8/25 (scrimmage on 8/11) Equipment purchases?? New items/vendors?? Fundraising 5 min Golf Ball Drop – 9/16 – Sponsored by Fort Mill Golf Club o Ticket sales start now – Need everyone to sell o Will need help numbering balls Possible other events (5K, Golf Outing, Car Show, etc) Merchandise 5 min New items updates Sales at freshman/new student orientation 8/11 & Open House 8/29 Need schedule & help selling at various locations (Vball, CC, Swim, Tennis, etc) Volunteers 5 min Coach list / Team Parent List Football Varsity game scheduling (concessions & merchandise) AD report 5 min Stadium/School construction Team Updates Vice-President Report 5 min Membership Committee – Need person to help promote the club and grow membership o Officers need to turn in membership forms/dues ASAP – you can do on website
