FMHS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES Meeting held 1/13/2016, 6pm, FMHS Athletic Conference Office Call to Order by President Christina Wilson, 6pm Members in attendance: Dwayne Hartsoe, Christina Wilson, Kim Elms, Jessica Ambrose, Michelle Roy, Lisa Sturgeon, Tim Nissen, Lori Hillman, Kelli Crane, Karla Racer, April Foti Approve prior meeting minutes: Motion by: Tim Nissen Second by: Kelli Crane Result: Approved Welcome/Introductions Treasurer’s Report  Summary Report: Kim Elms: Fall Sports done/Winter Started/All Balanced Accounts. Merchandise is doing better.  Approve Current Budget/Monthly Report Motion  FMHS WON 1st Place in the PINK OUT fundraiser in NATION!!! {Motion by: Kelli Crane Second by: Lori Hillman Result: Approved All-Sports Program  2015-16 sales going well, currently ordered more for print/still being sold currently at sports events Players of Month (December), will recognize at ½ time 1/15/16 Friday night.  Jewell Moore 9th grade Varsity Cheer  Kwan Walker Varsity Basketball Current Events  Games of the week: Varsity Cheer  Senior Night 1/26/16. PASTA Dinner 2/12/16 (FMHS V Nation Ford)/mtg tonight after ABC mtg/Karla has tickets done/flyers to distribute/on website can order and pay via PayPal/teams can sell with order form/will vote on that tonight? /Player possibly get credit/tickets at check in table and online orders email confirmation to recipient

2015-16 Football schedule out now Senior night forms/ribbons-DONE Asking for update on Baseball/Softball scoreboard costs/Christina working on it ½ way through winter sports already/soon will start some spring sports tryouts #1 Ranking for Wrestling team, basketball boys 13-2 record so far, girls’ basketball improving through the season

FMHS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES Open Floor/New Business  Spring Special Event-Drive-A-Thon 5/7/16 will need teams to help/same day as Heart of Champion physicals/Lori Hillman working on  Dancing with the Stars- 2/13/16. Need basket by Jan 30 for online auction to be done/We will utilize Twitter, Facebook, flyers to advertise. Great event/fundraiser for FMSD Athletes every year.  Stadium Improvements-Phase 2  Committees: o Concession: clean stadium/make sure is restocked at end of night used. o Officer duties for basketball o Good luck ads-spring programs/Tim working on form for Spring Ads/programs/fall/winter program sales sold out/ordered more to be sold/even if pay for an ad still have to pay for the program to buy o Merchandise-Winter/Spring Sales: Need to sell more/doing better/need to have volunteers to set up at events/need a rack to better display merchandise o Fundraising- Strawberry Fest-need to decide if we should sell pancake breakfast or donuts/coffee while people are waiting for the trolley at FMHS??? Will decide by Feb mtg / email Christina your ideas o Prom Gowns Fundraiser- sell used gowns for $30 and up? /need donations/consignments/sell to girls that cannot buy them otherwise/Lori Hillman to get flyers done/to benefit PINK OUT/event 3/19/16 11-2 @ FMHS.GIVE SELL DONATE or Send SOMEONE! Scholarships & Elections just around the corner  Get scholarship forms soon-Feb/need back by April/Present in May  Elections: let Christina know who plans on returning to FMHS ABC positions/board whether current position or new one/Ballot elections in April/Committee formed in February/March ballots/April elections/Turnover NEW board May
