FMHS ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES Meeting held 11/11/15 Call to Order by: President Christina Wilson @6:00pm Present: Christina Wilson, Kimberley Elms, Lori Hillman, Michelle Roy, Dwayne Hartsoe, Judy LaFoe, Sharyn Lewis, Kay Click, Karla Racer, April Foti, Rebecca Cavanaugh, Kelli Crane, Lori Biggers, Jessica Ambrose Approve prior October meeting minutes: Motion by: Kimberley Elms, Second by: Sharyn Lewis; Result: Pass/Approved Welcome/Introduction: Welcome Rebecca Cavanaugh/Swim Team Treasurer’s Report given by Kimberly Elms Summary Report/Baseball in negative to pay for Christmas Trees for Baseball fundraiser/all teams in black/membership higher than what was reflected $22,941.87 Pink Out raised/$21,196.87 check to ACS/Restaurant Winner: Local Dish Email: [email protected]

Beef’s Spirit Night: $317.00 total Pink Out: See above Amount noted Schedule of Events handed out Pasta Dinner (April Foti) -NaFo Night/Teacher Workday 2/12 FMHS vs. NFHS -Application submitted to Muellers pasta and was approved -Lori Desio will cook again and wants to do Ziti -Start selling tickets in January Senior Night for basketball will be 1/26/15 – not 2/12

Football 1st playoff game against Lexington @ Lexington 11/20/15/.Cheer on Sat-Qualifier for state/ Six students/athletes signing tomorrow 9:00am: Tessa Grubbs-Volleyball-University of Tennessee Payton Carter-Volleyball-Liberty University Karlee Stinson-Lacrosse-Tusculum, TN Matt Russell-Lacrosse-West Point Zeth Sutton-Lacrosse-North Greeneville Ben Davidson-Lacrosse-University of Tampa

OPEN FLOOR/NEW BUSINESS: Fundraising-New Business Heart of Champion 5/7/16 (Mother’s day weekend)----Drive A Thon : Ron Kirby Parking Spots-Raffle/Purchase Spots for parking SWIM: Culinary dept. made food for $4.50/person First basketball game is 11/30-concessions clean-up will need to be done before that night. Winter Program-Good Luck Ads. Tim Nissen going to team meetings Committees: Merchandise/Jessica asks for more space for merchandise and possibly doing Christmas Bags ?
