MAYRA ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES April 15, 2013 7:00pm Present: Kris Radeke, Sheila Swenson, Lindsey Ashworth, Stacey Peterson, Joe Mulford, Patti Miller, Luke Athey Also present: Jane Skramstad, Brett Baldwin, Jinx Greski, and MAYRA members on the attached list. Meeting called to order 7:01 pm Secretary Kris Radeke read April 2012 Annual Mtg minutes. Motion to approve April 2012 Annual Meeting minutes. Jinx/Patti approved. Voting for 3 new board members. Nominees: Patti Miller, Julie Cokely, Kevin Cokely, Jim Struwve, Abby Tober (absent), Kevin Braiedy, Cristy Thomas, Adam Nordenstrom, Alisha Prokosch. Nominations from the floor: Announced 3x and no new nominations. Meet nominees: Each nominee got up in front and gave some background on themselves. The board went in to vote, then the general membership. Amy Brettingen and Amanda Fix tallied the votes. Results: Kevin Braiedy, Patti Miller and Adam Nordenstrom. Motion to seal and destroy the ballots – Stacey/Lindsey approved. Reports: Civic Center Report:  The new boards and glass were purchased and installed for the 2012-2013 hockey season. The old boards will most likely be sold.  The Civic Center had a couple of break-ins this last year. And the vandals were caught and arrested.



We need to work on having a couple of hockey tournaments next hockey season to bring in some revenue.
