Students will continue their study of Russia and the Republics Students will begin with the study of Chapter 15 Section 3 - HumanEnvironment Interaction Students will identify the the causes and effects of the shrinkage of the Aral Sea.
Monday: Guided Reading Section 3, Assessment: Answer Places & Terms/Answer "taking notes"/Answer Main Idea questions/complete Geographic Thinking Tuesday Lecture/(PPt.)/Notes/Discussion: Shrinking Aral Sea/Russian Winter/Crossing the "Wild East" Assign: Guided Reading-Determining Cause and Effect/Finding Main Ideas/Reading Comprehension
Students will explain the significance of the Trans-Siberian Railroad. Students will quiz on chapter 15 section 3 as well as test on Chapter 15.
Wednesday: Chapter 15 Section 3 Quiz Chapter 15 Test Review Thursday: Chapter 15 Test Friday: B-Club school activity in the Gym
