Announcements Welcome Please sign a registration card found in the pew rack. If you wish to share a prayer request with the staff and our email prayer line, include this on your card and place in the offering plate. We welcome those who are worshiping with us for the first time and ask that you please use a green guest registration card. We have personal listening devices available for those who are hearing impaired.

Easter Eggstravaganza: Come join us Saturday, April 15th 10:00 AM, South Lawn for our Easter Egg hunt and see if you can find the Resurrection Eggs. We will have games, face painting, color activities, door prizes, and story time. Hope to see you there! Attention: Please donate candy, stickers, kids tattoos, etc. that can fit in a plastic egg by today, Sunday, April 2nd. Easter Care Kits: We are collecting 'Easter Care Kits' for Open Door Mission (14 Men Kits, 10 Women Kits). Please help by bringing in the following for the Kits. Men- Chocolate bunny, wash cloth, deodorant, razor, shaving cream, please put in a small green/blue paper gift bag. Women-Chocolate bunny, panty hose/knee highs, deodorant, razor, shaving cream, please put in small pink/purple paper gift bag. The Kits are due Sunday, April 9th. Baptism Class: There will be Baptism class held Wednesday, April 5th @ 8:00 PM-8:40 PM to prepare for baptism on Sunday, April 23rd. Movie Night: Join us for a movie night April 12th @ 6:30 PM to watch 'Risen' (Rated PG-13) on the brig screen. The movie takes place in 33 AD, as a Roman Tribune in Judea is tasked to find the missing body of an executed Jew rumored to have risen from the dead. Good Friday Service: Join us for a very special service of remembrance and Communion on Good Friday, April 14 at 7:00 PM.
From Pastor Bob Traveling Thoughts Most folks probably know that Diane and I drove over a thousand miles last weekend. That’s a lot of traveling. (I’m grateful for cruise control!) It always amazes me how folks find an acceptable speeding range and stick to it. Most drivers were going 80 in the 70 MPH zone until they saw the multi-colored flashing lights on the shoulder. That’s moving pretty fast. We’re moving pretty fast, too. Seems like just yesterday that we celebrated Christmas. Today’s sermon will mark the last in our series about the attributes of God. It has been a rich experience for me to revisit the riches found in contemplating God’s character. Next week is Palm Sunday and then Easter. I’ll begin a short series in Philippians after that. Moving pretty fast… I heard last Sunday’s birthday fellowship in the evening was terrific. Great attendance and nearly 30 folks stayed for the movie. Thanks to all who organized the event. I’ve also received reports that the search for your next pastor is moving right along. Several things will be happening during this month, so keep the process in prayer. Our trip to Indianapolis was invigorating. We made several good contacts and there are some wonderful possibilities for us. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out. Thank you all for your prayers. They were definitely felt! God is on the move. Remain diligent and prayerful. It’s good to be back with you.
Softball: The first game will be April 18th! We are in need of women players. If your interested please see Becca Jones or Ryan Carlson. The cost is $60.00 (Please make checks payable to Becca Jones).
