11/1/17 – Inside Out Placemats. Gloria Ludwig, Instructor. This is a great Christmas gift idea for the hard to buy for relative or friend. This is a sewing class and is great for all levels of sewist. 11/2/17 – Stack N Whack (1of3) – Marlene Beeler, Instructor. This is the first of three Thursday classes in November. There are three sessions to choose from: 10am – 1pm, 1pm – 4pm, and 6 -- 8pm. It is vital that you attend this first class. No sewing machine need this class; will be preparing the fabric for sewing. This is a sewing class for all levels of sewist. This technique takes a large print fabric and repurposes it into pinwheels, capturing a kaleidoscope block. You just have to come to the shop and see the one displayed, it’s gorgeous. 11/4/17 – Show and Tell Sewcializing. Bring a completed project that you have made to show the group. Shawn will have refreshments ready at 10 a.m. Show and Tell starts at 10:30am. If you share a project, you can receive 20% off one regular-priced item in the store. Bring a friend. It is a sewing and applique table topper to decorate your Thanksgiving Dinner. Or how about a Christmas gift for one of your love ones? 11/8/17 – Tuffet. Kim Dryden, Instructor. We have kits made up already with everything you need to make an adorable footstool. All you need to bring is your sewing machine and fabric. Call the store and get cutting instructions for your fabric so you are ready to sew when you get here. Complete this project in one day. Let us know what finish you want on the feet of your Tuffet and we will have those ready for you as well. The fee for returning participants is $10.
