Voted for Rev2. Tom and Steve will proceed with order.



Board Reports:  13-15 Age Group Coordinator – No report  10-12 Age Group Coordinator – No report  Treasurer – Mike R. presented proposed 2015 budget. Trevor H. motioned to approve the budget. Lois W. seconded. Unanimously approved.  Secretary – No report  Concessions – No report  Equipment – Brian will be collecting equipment soon.  Fields – Eagle Scouts are refurbishing the equipment boxes at many fields. Kirby suggests we evaluate the boxes and plan to replace some that are bent and barely functional. Discussion regarding rekeying so all boxes use the same key.  Tournament Registrar – Lois is setting number of teams for each weekend.  Tournament Coordinator – No report  Uniform Coordinator – No report  Tryout Coordinator – No report  Website Coordinator – No report Meeting was adjourned at 8:33, Brian S. motioned, Trevor H. seconded, unanimous.
