Tuffet SourceÓ foundation/pattern, form & finishing kit, which includes 4 bun feet, this is included with your class fee and you will receive in 1st Session. 1¼ yards muslin Fabric for tuffet top... choose ONE (1) from the options below... 1. Sixty-four (64) 2” x 21” strips of fabric (a jelly roll will work, cut the strips in half... no need to trim them prior to class) 2. Thirty two 3” x 21” inch strips - no repeat of fabrics (recommended) 3. Eight 1/3 yard cuts or eight fat quarters (for yardage, cut two strips, 3”, then cut the strips in half to 21”. For fat quarters, cut four 3” strips) ** Additionally, each of options also require one (1) 18” square of fabric for the bottom of your tuffet, choose fabric that will coordinate, feel free to embroider in the center & one (1) 6” square of fabric for your button, choose fabric that will POP!!
18” square of cotton batting Straight pins Sewing thread to coordinate with most of your fabrics Rotary cutter with a sharp blade and cutting mat 24” acrylic ruler 12” Add-A-Quarter ruler - keep the packaging paperwork (the little cardboard strip that comes with the ruler Sewing machine in good working order that does a zigzag stitch, and remember to bring your power cord & foot pedal Craft knife (like an Exacto knife), optional Sharp embroidery type scissors Upholstery weight thread Helpful items Best Press Wonder Clips Pen and paper or notebook for notes wooden iron press thing
