Requirements: "Out of the Bag" pattern -- by Karen Montgomery, of The Quilt company Scrap Crazy Templates by Creative Grids Fabric requirements on back of pattern: Throw size 7 fat quarters of your chosen color for blocks (pink on pattern; turquoise in sample) 7 fat quarters of background color for blocks (neutral on pattern; whites in sample) 1/4 yard each of choice of color for borders (brown on pattern; turquoise in sample) Queen size 16 fat quarters of your chosen color for blocks (pink on pattern; turquoise in sample) 16 fat quarters of background color for blocks (neutral on pattern; whites in sample) 2 yards total of variety of tones of border colors (brown on pattern; turquoise in sample) Sewing machine, with foot pedal and power cord, in good working order; PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH HOW TO OPERATE YOUR MACHINE! Rotary cutter with sharp blade; ruler (6 X 24 appropriate); pins; scissors; seam ripper; chocolate; neutral piecing thread
