Suggested Preparation Instructions (In recommended order) 1: Chicken STOVE TOP Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch thick strips. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and cover to keep warm. In the same skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil. Add fajita vegetables; cook and stir 5-10 minutes until tender. Return chicken to skillet. Stir in 1/4 cup water and the fajita seasoning mix. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Spoon chicken and vegetable mixture into tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, Pico de Gallo, guacamole and sour cream.
