Board Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm •

Purpose Planning/continue
to organize for 2015 season
Attendance: Present Bob Tashjian, Nick Marano, Brian Caulfield, Drew Lucich, Rob Gizmunt, Robert Higdon, Steve Bond, Walter Radulski, AI Fiore, Jim Delaney Minutes of the March 25, 2015 meeting were approved unanimously

Update on CORI'S and Medical Forms - no action needed
III Registration update with the projected number of teams/players needed

Farm Division Managers were approved unanimously as follows: Taigh McClory, Erik Neenan, Dan Field, David Manoogian, Jay Breslow and Walter Radulski

All coaches for all teams were approved unanimously

Spring manager meeting of April 9 was reviewed- no action needed
VII.
Field clean ups are scheduled for April 18, 2015

Major and Minor League Schedules were discussed- no action needed

Farm, Pony and T-Ball schedule were discussed- no action needed

Playoff formats were discussed- no action needed

Summer teams- number of summer teams at each level were discussed-no final action taken

Little League Softball Charter- unanimously approved Charter transfer to Wyoma little league contingent on allowing action to be reversed in future if requested

A: updates were given regarding April clinic (43 currently registered), B: Parade- May 2 awaiting final town approval but well on way to finalizing plans, C: Picture Day- May 2 -photographer set, site Newhall, D: Concessions- concession has been cleaned, ready for use E,F,G,H Uniforms/equipment, fundraising, field maintenance, and financials were all reviewed with no action needed XVII
