Mount Olive Baseball & Softball Association Meeting Minutes: Dec. 13th 2016 Attendees:
President – Mike Mancini Registration: open DICKS: possible change from League Lineup to Blue Sombrero at no cost. Online store available year around - managed by Dicks with MO logo – percentage back to MO. Start of 2017 season; still trying for April 8th – but will need to pass through some of the winter first. 2017 Travel tryouts: completed. Awaiting selection of the teams. Vice President of Softball – Rich Smith March 18th: Beefsteak Dinner. Details to be posted on website Vice President of Babe Ruth – Bill Asbury Not present Secretary – Snehal Desai Proposed ByLaw: revise the minimum amount of innings from 1 inning to 2 innings for Baseball, and the players sitting s/b conducted within the 1st 4 innings of the game. Will be reviewed by Board and decision made to see if this ByLaw change will be up for voting in January. Treasurer – Pete DiMaggio Taxes were filed – awaiting approval. Player Agent – Nate Richardson nothing Equipment Director – James Gallagher Not present Head Groundskeeper – Sam Hollien nothing Publicity Director – Eugene Galdi not present Activities Directors – Bill Lockwood / Scott Crance not present Fundraising Director – Scott Eagleson not present Concessions Director – Christine Youtz Not present
